Gordon Fenderson

Mr Fenderson received a B.S. degree in Political Science from Appalachian State University and a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Jacksonville Bar Association, Middle District of Florida, and Florida Justice Association.

Concentrating his legal practice on personal injury accident claims and DUI defense, Gordon has represented numerous clients throughout the state of Florida. Mr Hampton received his BS from Oglethorpe University in Political Science and his JD from Florida Coastal School of Law. He was admitted into the Florida Bar in 2004, and concentrates in the areas of Personal Injury and Family Law. Kelly has worked with clients in solving matters such as Motor Vehicle Accidents, Premises liability, Divorce and Child Custody matters.

Michelle White

Michelle is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelors degree in Criminology and Political Science.  She received a Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University where she graduated Cum Laude and in the top 10% of her class.  While in law school Michelle was a recipient of Best Student ‘Book’ Awards in Evidence, Property and Contracts.  She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dude County Bar Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the American Bar Association.

Michelle began her legal career as a Public Defender in Miami-Dade County.  As a Public Defender, she defended hundred’s of DUI’s as well as various other misdemeanor cases.  Michelle entered private practice in October 2008 where she practiced civil litigation in many areas including family law, personal injury, contract disputes, landlord tenant issues, and foreclosure defense. 

Michelle joined the Fenderson Law Firm in 2010 and currently devotes her practice to civil litigation, personal injury, DUI, and foreclosure defense.      

 In addition to practicing law, Michelle volunteers her time with Legal Aid providing legal services through the Put Something Back program, a local program offering free legal counseling to indigent individuals in Dade County.
